Additionally, his International team includes industry experts in Engineering, IT Hardware, ERP Applications, Security Management, as well as Marketing and PR.

Dave is EVP & CEO of Enterprise Technology Consulting and currently sits on two Executive Boards, is current Chief Executive Officer of TNT Blockchain Inc., is the Executive Director at WJD Productions, and VP for Mode Transportation. He has previously worked for companies such as Compaq, HP, Cal Cartage, Qualcomm, Wal-Mart International, Rexnord Carlyle, Hypercom, and Verifone.

Jamie Zimmerman

Executive VP

Jamie Zimmerman has over 2 decades of experience in technology design, development and implementation delivering effective solutions to national and multinational businesses like Visa, First Data Corporation, Grupo Ramos, Convergys, ERC and Advensus.
Mr. Zimmerman introduced  to market the the first mobile payment processing system using the Palm VII device with an adhoc card reader device in 1998 for Cardservice International.  Since developing that mobile application he has continued to innovate payment processing solutions for payment gateways and wallets.
In 2005 as a Technology Strategist Mr. Zimmerman lead the effort to develop and build a scalable transaction gateway that provided an interactive self-service kiosk system to capture unattended bill payments for the wireless industry, which increased revenue by delivering a suite of products while reducing customer acquisition cost and risk to retail partners. Initiated and directed the development of an interactive digital advertising platform,

In 2007 Jamie joined BlueBamboo, a subsidiary of Chinese manufacturing firm Shera International to assist in preparing the product line for launch into global markets. Working with the executive team, the engineering group in China and developing new relationships and partnerships enable Blue Bamboo to establish a sales and support foundation leading the company to sell tens of thousands of payment  terminals.

In 2009 Mr. Zimmerman founded Grupo de Recurso Digital and lead the organization to deliver data security and compliance solutions  to banks, payment processors, call centers and major retailers throughout Latin America.   

Currently Jamie is currently a Director at SmartTec International and servers on Advisory Boards for TNT BlockChain, ZZ Servers and Crypto-Studio.

Tai-Kei "TK" Cheung

Tai-Kei Cheung (T.K.) has over 30 years' experience in the telecom and payments industries encompassing a variety of leadership roles in business development, product management, and engineering. Positions of tenure include: President at NewNet Secure Transactions; Senior Vice President of Research & Development, Equinox Payments; and a variety of roles at Hypercom Corporation, including Vice President of Global Quality & Security, and Managing Director for Asia Pacific region. Before joining Hypercom, T.K. held several important technical roles at American Express in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

T.K. is currently President of Spires Payments and his global experience in P&L management, process analysis, and re-engineering has repeatedly delivered revenue-generating solutions and services across Europe, US and Asia Pacific regions.

Ching Peng "CP" Lor

C P Lor has over 38 years working experience in the IT industry. He started in 1980 with The Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd ,now known as HSBC, in Malaysia. C P worked as a technician at their Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Department. During his 20 over years working with HSBC Group, C P had served HSBC in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong with their group's telecommunication network and system development departments.

As a VP of Telecommunication and IT at HSBC Global Processing Centre, C P was responsible for setting up a new data center for over 3,500 employees to do back office processing and contact services in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. C P moved on with his career to work for Hypercom Network System, of Phoenix Arizona, as the Asia Pacific Regional Sales Manager for another 8 years. C P had managed securing many businesses in the government and private sectors by providing marketing, sales, business solutions and technical design for customers in Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippine, Singapore and Malaysia.

C P Lor is one of the pioneer in the Malaysia IT industry and has many years working experience started as a technician, Head of Section, VP of IT Departments and now Executive Director of an IT company, Observision Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.

Bryon Bowers

Operations Architect

Bryon Bowers graduated from the University of Nebraska with a BS in Environmental Biology and received his M.B.A. from the University of Utah.

He started in the logistics field as a Warehouse Manager for Ryder Logistics as distribution center manager and held positions as Logistics Manager for Logistics Services and Program Manager at USCO Logistics responsible for WMS and TMS Implementations where he implemented multiple WMS and TMS applications for a multi billion dollar pharmaceutical companies, assisting with FDA validation of WMS systems as part of the implementation process. Bryon spent 7 years working as Director of Logistics and then VP of Logistics and Transportation at Rexnord Industries ($1.8B) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

In 2010, Bryon joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company ($4.8 B) as the Director of Global Logistics, over all global distribution and distribution lead global distribution in China, India, and Singapore helping Harley-Davidson grew globally. He later moved to Polaris Industries in Minneapolis, MN as the Director of Global Logistics where he led the improvement of the global supply chain.

Bryon began consulting in February 2014 and has completed multiple projects with a number of companies. Most recently Bryon managed the TMS integrations for three disparate TMS systems into SAP for the Ecolab company. The integration involved extensive understanding of international chemical regulations for transportation.

Ariel Perez

Awarded as the best of his promotion in high school tech, then awarded with a 100% full scholarship to the Technological University of Santo Domingo (INTEC), where he becomes a Systems Engineer. Winner of one of the APPGenius competition made by Orange Dominicana.

Young entrepreneur and part of the founders of SmartTec SRL in the Dominican Republic, which thanks to the excellent growth has spread abroad as SmartTec International.

With more than 10 years of experience in the technological world, he stands out enormously for his skills in the development of desktop software and mobile applications. Expert in more than 10 programming languages and with the ability to adapt to any new language or platform.

Ariel has worked on the design, planning and development of important projects:

• Development, integration and certification of a payment processing system with WorldPay and American Express, using the ISO 8583 standard.

• Main developer of the *960# electronic channel for the Banreservas Bank of the Dominican Republic.

• Developer of one of the most downloaded applications in the Dominican Republic with an average daily usage rate of 30,000 unique users per day and an amount of 350,000 daily requests.

Currently CTO for SmartTec SRL in the Dominican Republic and SmartTec International, and part of the TNT BlockChain team and Crypto-Studio.

Perry Clegg

Mr. Clegg has litigated patents covering products with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion and has transaction closings totaling approximately $500 million. He has also successfully argued cases against Fortune 500 companies and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

He has served as Chair, Intellectual Property Section, Utah State Bar; Chair, Cyberlaw Section, Utah State Bar; and is a Member, American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA); Member, Intellectual Property Section, Utah State Bar, and the Federal Bar Association.

Steven Fowler

Steve Fowler has 25 years' experience built upon successfully transforming technology into products that customers want to buy. He's an expert at marrying technology to the voice of the customer. Originally Steve studied to be an engineer and fighter pilot, ultimately ending on the creative side starting in the ad agency world, working on major brands such as Coca-Cola and others.

Later Steve received a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University and applied both creative and analytical skills to global product management. Steve has worked in director and senior management roles for brands in several industries related to data storage (Iomega/EMC), industrial manufacturing (Rexnord/Carlyle), and medical devices (Novarad Corp.), where he has led the ideation, creation, and global launches of many new products.

Steve currently serves as Director of Product Management, Marketing, and Lean Programs at Novarad Corporation, a medical device software company (25yr), where he owns voice of the customer, product ideation, positioning, road map, go-to-market strategy, UX/UI design, and product lifecycle management for all products and verticals. Steve also leads the Product Steering Committee.
